About the event
Same Page is a two-weekend programme by HELP and Margin Library, inviting us into the cross-cultural journeys of refugees through intimate conversations, book clubs, and poetry readings, creating space to encounter stories across borders, experiences, and ways of belonging.
In our first Same Page session, we host a human library event that reframes a lecture as a conversation, this time with refugee volunteers from HELP. Guests meet the person behind the story through intimate, guided conversations rooted in everyday experiences. Everyone leaves having met someone, not just heard about them.
HELP is a refugee-led organization that helps empower fellow refugees and build resilience and hope in our community in Jakarta.
