Tales Through Tea is your gentle pause... a cozy workshop where blind tea tasting meets sensory writing. It's a space to reset, reconnect, and let inspiration flow through something as simple (and magical) as a cup of tea.

We'll taste different teas without knowing which is which, letting aroma, warmth, and texture guide us.

With every sip, you'll learn to slow your thoughts, calm your body, and tune in to what your senses and emotions... are telling you.

Then we'll write, freely, softly, without pressure. Because sometimes the best words come when we stop chasing them.

You'll journey through five different teas and tisanes, from floral to earthy, smoky to sweet... each one inviting you to notice what stirs inside.

The warmth in your palms, the scent that sparks nostalgia, the taste that lingers like a thought.

Between sips, we'll write.

Not perfectly, but honestly.

Through gentle journaling prompts and free writing, you'll learn how to use your senses, taste, smell, touch, sound, sight... to move past creative blocks, ease anxious thoughts, and rediscover the stories already waiting within you.
